1. Software Subscription Licenses
Our software solutions (including Cloud and Hybrid Local models) are provided on recurring subscription terms (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual). Because all clients have access to live guided demonstrations and unrestricted free trials prior to purchase:
- Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle.
- Annual & Multi-Year Licenses: If you experience technical defects or inability to use the system that our engineering support team cannot resolve within 7 business days of onboarding, you are eligible for a pro-rata refund.
2. Hardware & POS Accessories
